Our story
Twenty years of building with intent.
Westminster Homes is a dedicated residential property developer with more than twenty years of experience. We build sustainable, high-quality homes designed for modern living, and our focus on integrity, craftsmanship and community means we deliver places where people can genuinely thrive.
Every scheme begins with the site and the people who will live there. We look for locations with real connection — to transport, to schools, to open space — and we plan layouts around how households actually use a home rather than around what is quickest to build.
That intent carries through to specification. Materials are selected to last, energy performance is designed in rather than added late, and interiors are drawn by our in-house design team so that the finished home feels coherent from the front door onwards.
